My name is Andrew and I’m the founder of Lucky Dog Walking and Boarding. Since I was a child, my family and close relatives always had dogs around. We brought our dogs everywhere and treated them all like members of the family. In 2016, I began volunteering for a large animal sanctuary in the Hudson Valley region of New York. The experience completely changed the way I viewed and behaved around animals. Formal education on dog behavior and handling led me to move to New York City in 2018, and start a company that focuses on the needs of private clients/pets.
Here at Lucky Dog we know your pet is a member of the family and that’s how they will be treated. My team of animal lovers is ready to help make your life easier!

"Andrew has been working with Gemma since she was a few months old. As a Samoyed, she is prone to being dramatic, stubborn, and anxious. Andrew taught her to sit, give paw, and potty trained her. His patience with difficult dogs and professionalism with dog owners is outstanding. "
"Andrew is great! Right on time, took my dogs on a good, long walk that covered a lot of distance. They came back tired and happy. Highly recommend!"
Andrew is a top-notch guy. My dogs love him and I can tell he cares about them as much as I do. He puts his heart and soul into his business and is dedicated to going the extra mile for each of his client's canine companions. Not only is he amazing at handling my two 80lb Bulloxers, he's also very professional. Andrew is very responsive and never takes more than an hour to reply (and that's only if he's on another walk at the time.) He's polite, friendly, trustworthy and really listens to any concerns or instructions you may have. I've been using him for years and I'd consider him to be a big part of our fur-family. We even call him Uncle Andrew!
